1. Processing of Your Personal Data, Purposes of Processing, and Legal Grounds
Your personal data, consisting of security camera recordings, is processed based on the data controller’s legitimate interests, as specified in Article 5, paragraph 2, subparagraph (f) of the Personal Data Protection Law, provided that such processing does not infringe upon the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
2. Transfer of Your Personal Data, Recipient Groups, and Purpose of Transfer
The data you provide to the Company may be shared with other public institutions and organizations to fulfill a legal obligation or to establish a legal right.
3. Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data
The personal data specified above is collected through security camera recordings made during your entry into the Company’s facilities and while you are on the Company premises, and is processed within the scope of the purposes and legal grounds specified above.
4. Retention
Because information related to pharmacovigilance (adverse event reports) is important for public health, reports must be retained for at least 10 years after the drug is withdrawn from the market in the last country where it was marketed.
5. Your Rights
Under the legislation on the protection of personal data, to exercise your rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), in accordance with the “Communication on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller”:
- In writing to the address “Esentepe Mah. Bahar Sokak No: 13 Kat: 10 River Plaza, Levent, Istanbul,”
- by sending an email from the email address you previously provided to the Company and which is registered in the Company’s system to kvkk@sanovel.com.tr, or
- by sending an email from your registered email address to the registered email address sanovelilac@hs03.kep.tr.
If your request incurs an additional cost, you may be required to pay the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
