Occupational Health and Safety Policy

At Sanovel, occupational health and safety is an integral part of everything we do. We are committed to providing a safe, healthy and supportive working environment for everyone.

Under the leadership of senior management and with the active participation of our employees, we continuously improve our occupational health and safety performance.

Accordingly, we are committed to:

  • Complying fully with all applicable occupational health and safety legislation and other compliance obligations;
  • Adopting a proactive risk management approach based on the hierarchy of controls to eliminate hazards and reduce risks;
  • Implementing effective monitoring, control and root cause analysis processes to prevent occupational accidents, work-related illnesses and near-miss incidents;
  • Encouraging consultation and active participation by employees and employee representatives in occupational health and safety processes;
  • Establishing measurable occupational health and safety objectives and monitoring performance on an ongoing basis;
  • Providing continuous training to strengthen competence and increase awareness across the organization;

Water Efficiency Policy

At Sanovel, we recognize water as an essential resource for ensuring quality and sustainability in pharmaceutical manufacturing. We are committed to promoting its efficient and responsible use across all our operations.

  • Measuring, monitoring and establishing targets to continuously reduce water consumption;
  • Improving efficiency across manufacturing, cleaning and water systems to achieve maximum quality with minimum water consumption;
  • Preventing water losses, leakages and inappropriate use while continually improving our water performance;
  • Evaluating opportunities for water recovery and reuse wherever technically and operationally feasible;

At Sanovel, innovation drives continuous improvement. Data Integrity and Security Policy

At Sanovel, we apply the same rigorous data integrity principles to both paper-based and electronic records. We foster a culture of transparent reporting that encourages the timely identification and communication of potential errors while ensuring that employees and service providers have access to the reliable information necessary to perform their responsibilities effectively.

In accordance with 21 CFR Part 11 and EudraLex Volume 4, Annex 11, all laboratory systems are selected and configured to ensure that data are generated and maintained in a manner that is: accurate, original, contemporaneous, legible, attributable. We periodically review our computerized systems to assess modernization needs and to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in line with current regulatory expectations.

Through our Scientific Data Management System (SDMS), scientific data generated within our laboratories are electronically reviewed and approved, consolidated within a centralized database, and securely retained to ensure traceability and facilitate future scientific investigations. Our SDMS platform enables us to improve data flow and accessibility, strengthen decision-making capabilities, accelerate time-to-market for our products, maintain full compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, and maximize the long-term value of our scientific data.
