At Sanovel, we are further accelerating this transformation by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into our business. We see AI as a powerful enabler for improving business performance across areas such as field force effectiveness, commercial prioritization, customer segmentation, route planning, call frequency management, content development and advanced analytics.

Today, 45% of our promotional activities are delivered through digital channels in full compliance with applicable pharmaceutical promotional regulations. The growing adoption of Generative AI across our central functions, together with increasingly advanced analytical capabilities, is enabling us to transform data into insights more rapidly, make better-informed decisions and strengthen our solution-oriented organizational culture.

Since 2020, Sanovel has successfully completed and integrated eight major digital transformation projects, including Business Intelligence, CRM and Rx platforms, to improve the effectiveness of our commercial operations and enhance overall business performance.
